UPS Overnight Services (Next Day AIR, Next Day AIR Saver, Next Day AIR Early AM): Orders shipped via these options must meet the 11 am (PST) cut-off time for same day shipping. Processing and transit time combined, orders shipped via this option could take 1-2 business days to receive based on location and availability. Charges are according to the UPS Shipping Table. Local Delivery: There is a $9.95 Flat Rate Charge for a local delivery of any size. Local deliveries are made in most of the greater Los Angeles Area. For a SAME-DAY DELIVERY, contact us via telephone; we will do our best to make it happen!.
Fuel Surcharge: With shipping and gas prices sky-rocking, BeverlyHillsElectric.com reserves the right to add up to a $3.00 fuel surcharge for exceptionally far/odd address. This charge will be assessed after the order ships. Not to worry, in 90% of cases a fuel surcharge is NOT added. KICHLER Lighting orders under $100 will be assessed a $7.50 handling fee after the order is placed.
BeverlyHillsElectric.com DOES ship to FPO, APO or PO box shipping addresses via the United States Postal Service upon request. Orders shipping to FPO, APO and PO Boxes must be done via TELEPHONE.
For orders outside the continental United States (US Territory, Foreign Country, Alaska, or Hawaii) shipping charges will be calculated by a BeverlyHillsElectric.com Customer Service Representative after the order is placed. A representative will then contact the client regarding the shipping costs and handle the order as requested.
A 7.75 % sales tax will be applied to shipping addresses within California.
RETURNS:
To return a product to BeverlyHillsElectric.com one
must request AND obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.
To request a return, e-mail us with the
following information and a customer service representative will contact within
24 hours to resolve any matter:
(1) Your Full Name & Telephone Number
(2) Online Order Number
(3) Item Ordered (Manufacturer + Model Number)
(4) Brief nature of the problem
NOTE: Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 DAYS after the purchase date for a refund. Shipping charges are never refunded on a return. Our 30 DAY policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE. The merchandise must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. The buyer must pay the return shipping and a 30% Re-stocking Fee. The restocking fee may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. If returned products need reconditioning or are deemed used or opened, service charges will apply and/or refund may not be issued. We have seen it all; do not be morally bankrupt.
Defective products must be returned within
10 days of the invoice
date for same item replacement. Items claimed "defective" will be
assessed by us upon return. NO Credit will be issued if the item we test
is in working condition. If the defective item is covered under
manufacturer's warranty, the customer will be referred to the manufacturer for
replacement. A manufacturer's warranty is a manufacturer's warranty; please
utilize them.
Light Bulbs, Wire, Discontinued Items and Special Orders parts are NOT returnable.
CANCELLATIONS:
If one wishes to cancel an order from BeverlyHillsElectric.com for any reason, it must be done via TELEPHONE. Your cancellation is NOT complete unless you receive a Cancellation Confirmation Number from a Customer Service Representative. Order cancellations CAN NOT BE DONE via E-MAIL.
If the order you have phoned-in to cancel has already shipped and you refuse the package, it is as if you have made a return; hence, standard restocking fees will apply (no exceptions).
